You can move a lot with us. You are responsible for the professional, disciplinary and organizational management of your district with 8 to 10 branches. You control the operations and the economic indicators in your branches. You are also responsible for implementing and optimizing strategic projects and sales concepts. You ensure budget planning and cost control for your area of responsibility. You are responsible for your area by accompanying your staff planning, selection, recruitment and further development. With your professional know-how and your sense of clientele and food trade, you will accompany the entire sales of your district.

You can become part of our team. You have a successfully completed training as a trade specialist (m/w/d) or a study of economics. You also have relevant professional experience in trade. You are flexible and passionate about trading – especially the discount. You are characterized by your targeted and entrepreneurial thinking. You bring your analytical and organizational skills as well as your social skills as well as learning and performance. You are willing to take responsibility for your employees by guiding them and motivating them.
