At Apleona Mitte-West GmbH, you take over the overall responsibility for a demanding customer object in Aachen as an object manager (w/m/d) in technical facility management – with a lot of design space, a strong technical team and a salary package of up to € 95,000 annual earnings depending on the experience and qualification.

Technical operation & organization You assume the overall responsibility for the technical operation of an associated customer object within the framework of the facility management. You plan, control and control maintenance, inspection and repair measures of technical building equipment (e.g. TGA, Elektro, HKLS). You ensure compliance with statutory requirements, standards and operator requirements – in close cooperation with specialist departments and service providers. You coordinate and monitor after-contractors and external service providers and ensure the smooth running of all technical services. Leadership & Customer Care You guide the technical team on site professionally and give clear orientation in daily work. You are the central contact person for the customer, regularly agree on quality, appointments and services and build a trusted cooperation. You prepare object and service meetings, perform them and create meaningful reporting to plant conditions and measures. Economics & Development You actively participate in budget planning, cost control and economic control of the object. You identify optimization potentials in ongoing operation and drive technical and organisational improvements. You support offerings, contract issues and the further development of the performance portfolio in the object.

A technical training with further education, e.g. as a master or technician (electrotechnology, HKLS), or a technical study, e.g. in facility management, utility technology or electrical engineering At least 5 years of professional experience in technical facility management, ideally with responsibility for complex objects A strong service and customer orientation as well as a safe handling of clients and service providers Communication strength, enforcement ability and ability to motivate, structure and develop a team Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
