As a CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) in Schwerte, an exciting and varied working environment awaits you, focusing on precision and technical expertise. In this position, you are responsible for the production of highly precise components using state-of-the-art CNC technology, in particular with Heidenhain ITNC 503 controllers. • Operation and programming of CNC turning and milling machines.
• Establishment and optimization of manufacturing processes, in particular with Heidenhain ITNC 503 controllers.
• Manufacturing of components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Quality testing and documentation of manufactured parts.
• regular maintenance and maintenance of machines and tools.

We are looking for

A technically experienced talent is sought, which brings first experiences or a well-founded training in the field of machining or CNC machining. • Complete training as machining mechanic, CNC lathe or related vocational training.
• Basic knowledge and ideally experience in handling Heidenhain ITNC 503 controllers.
• Reading and implementing technical drawings.

• Ideally first professional experience, but not necessarily necessary – also motivated beginners are welcome!
