The Department of Institute Networks is responsible for the LAN, WLAN and Secure Access solutions of Sparkassen Finanzgruppe's customers with regard to (product) development, architecture, operation and the provision of tailor-made network services for a secure and available access networking operation. The specialist consultant is an essential factor in the comprehensive management of the portfolio and the strategy of our product Managed Service Network Access (MSNA) for the customers of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe. It supports and advises the area management in operational and strategic matters and is a key driver for further development. Professional leadership and further development of employees, complex topics associated with a pronounced solution orientation and decision-making competencies include the juggling of a variety of different topics.

Strategic development of the institute networks in the fields of LAN, WLAN and Secure Access Observation of developments (e.g. SDN, Zero-Trust, AI-based monitoring tools) and implementation or Evaluation of customer, market and technology trend analyses for the active design of forward-looking portfolio strategies Creating strategic decision bases and address-based management information to support management and prioritisation decisions at sector level Impetus for the use of innovative technologies and methods – in particular in the context of artificial intelligence – to support strategic and professional issues Identification, design, planning, integration and enforcement of various, in particular new, cross-disciplinary topics, projects and timelines Control and advice on internal and external audits and regulatory controls technical management of topics and employees (operatively or projectally) in complex, subject-to-area topics, as well as advice and support of the field management in technical, operational and strategic tasks

Complete studies in the field of business informatics or comparable qualifications and at least 8 years of professional experience - ideally in strategic product or portfolio management in the context of the financial services industry Embossed understanding of strategic relationships and the further development of complex IT and process landscapes High level of solution and result orientation as well as independent, reliable and motivated operation Implementation expertise in innovative portfolio strategies and high affinity for technological trends and innovative methods Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities to develop strategic solutions in complex issues and projects High level of initiative, enforcement capability coupled with team spirit and readiness readiness for regular travel activities
