Team Leader Financial Accounting in Permanent Employment (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the proper execution of current financial accounting (creditor, debitor and property accounts accounting)

Contact person for wage accounting

Communication with financial offices and external tax consultancy

Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

Ensuring meaningful and efficient reporting

Contact for banks, tax advisors, auditors, authorities and internal interfaces to management

Development and digitization of accounting processes

Analysis of economic indicators

Participation in budget and forecast processes

Professional leadership and development of a dedicated team

Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on financial or accounting

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the middle

Knowledge of accounting, controlling and tax law

Analytical thinking as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality

Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. DATEV) and MS Office

Impressed communication skills and a high level of responsibility
