IMT Product Owner Pharma Core Systems (m/f/d)

Your duties You act as a central IT product manager for the application portfolio of the Pharma Core systems, while maintaining, managing and developing the corresponding application portfolio, including manufacturers You discuss, analyze and transmit the business requirements to the applications and thus ensure the continuous improvement of business processes You coordinate, in close, intensive cooperation with the subject areas, the evaluation and necessity of updates and other amendments (Changes). Take into account the different systems, contact persons and technical requirements as well as the defined procedures and GxP requirements You develop and update functional and technical roadmaps for the corresponding application portfolio, taking into account possible cross-border synergies, e.g. by standardizing the use You coordinate all processes for application support including user and role management, user training and support You conduct and monitor all incident, problem and support requests in accordance with the agreed procedures You work with you in projects to further develop the system landscape and support ''Go Live' support after introducing new solutions You define standard services in the application portfolio and support service requests

Your qualification Completed training or further training in the IT field at the level of the University of Applied Sciences, or professional experience in a comparable position with a high affinity for pharmacy or natural sciences Experience as a product user with one or more Pharma Core IT systems Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical field and the GxP guidelines desirable Interface technologies, databases and data structures (SQL, XML, etc.) are not a new country for you Experience with ITIL processes and project management of advantage Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Safe handling of common office applications, as well as experience with digital methods and tools of collaborative work You feel at home in the IT world and have great interest in continuously developing You have a targeted, structured, creative and independent way of working with high quality awareness mastery of the German language fluent in word and writing, as well as very good English knowledge we require You convince by safe occurrence, can-do mentality and team skills
