Account Manager (m/w/d)

In the area of private health insurance, you will be able to deal with a wide range of issues, in order to offer our customers the best possible service, both by telephone and in writing. We will provide you with the assistance of our agencies and customers. Support You are active in the creation of change offers, the recovery of terminations and answering professional questions. In addition, you are the first contact point for requests for contribution adjustment and development and provide transparent and targeted communication. Occasional project work gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges.

You have a completed training for/for the businesswoman for insurance and finance, for/for the social security specialist or a commercial training with several years of experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you have experience in the processing of contracts in private health insurance. Your decision-making capability and your empathy are yours. In addition, you can also keep an overview in complex situations. Communication and team skills complete your profile and make you a valuable member of our company.
