Development and optimization of innovative cleaning and care products Assessment and further development of existing recipes in terms of performance, costs and sustainability Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and product management Trend and raw material research, selection and evaluation of new raw materials Responsibility for product authorisations, safety data sheets and documentation (REACH, CLP, Biocide Regulation etc.) Planning and implementation of laboratory tests, product tests and certifications Technical advice of internal and external partners Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and quality standards Creation of statistical analyses and analyses Leadership and further development of the laboratory team

Completed study of chemistry, ideally with doctorate Ideally multiannual experience in the development of cleaning or care products, welcome to conduct Needed knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements Analytical thinking, structured and independent working Leadership, team spirit and communication strength Knowledge and safe handling of computer and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central 365) as well as MS Office, in particular Excel Very good knowledge of German and English
