Complete order processing including communication with clients and partners is one of your tasks. The creation and control of export documents in accordance with the applicable regulations are your responsibility. You dispose and monitor the deliveries from the sender to the recipient. You ensure that export processes are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. You are responsible for customer billing and processing complaints. In close coordination with customs and other authorities, you will ensure smooth and correct customs clearance. By creating statistics and reports, you actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of performance.

You have a completed training in the field of forwarding or a comparable qualification. Experiences in the export-side processing of air freight, including work with the ATLAS system, are among your practical knowledge. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Reliability and joy in team work are yours. You're sure to deal with the MS Office programs.
