Production Manager Textile Services (m/f/d)

Responsibility for management and motivation of an organization of 150 professional employees in production, who work in the two-shift system from Monday to Friday Operational Responsibility: Takeover of Operational Responsibility for Our Production incl. Guidance and support of our layer lines and ensuring a smooth production process Staff deployment planning: Efficient planning and coordination of personnel deployment with the aim of optimal utilization and productivity Cost management: Planning, monitoring and control of costs incurred in our production Collaboration: Development and implementation of measures for the sustainable binding and motivation of our employees Lean Management: Analysis and Improvement of our Production Processes and Implementation of Lean Management Methods to Improve Efficiency and Quality Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards in our production

Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Technology and Economic engineering or comparable qualification, e.g. completed training, if necessary with further training to the technician, master (m/w/d) or the like Experience: At least two years of professional experience in a similar position, e.g. as a production line or head of operations (m/w/d) in a comparable environment and with comparable production size, as well as the willingness to support our branches in Berlin Leadership competency: team leadership experience combined with communication and motivation Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing (C1) Organizational talent: Representative skills in personnel deployment planning and process optimization Solution orientation: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence
