We are looking at the city of Ulm at 01.09.2025 or in consultation at another time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Parttime, unlimited with an employment rate of 50%. Working time shall be distributed over at least four days a week. The music school is a large cultural and educational institution of the city of Ulm. 2,800 pupils are taught here by about 100 teachers with a teaching volume of 1,500 hours per week. In a house full of music, the music school offers an interesting and varied working environment.

Payment is made by 7 TVöD.

Your tasks: • Communication in personal conversation and by mail and telephone • general secretarial and administrative tasks • appointment arrangements, organisation of meetings and team meetings • Pick up and check offers • Support in the organisation of competition Youth is musiised • occasional assistance in organizing and carrying out special music training events

Your profile: • completed training as an administrative specialist or comparable qualification • very safe user knowledge in Microsoft Office • very good written and oral communication in German, at least C1 • Ability and willingness to participate in the Music School Management Program • English knowledge and/or mastery of a further language are advantageous • active, structured and independent work • high team and very good communication skills • Pleasure to work in an artistic-pedagogical environment, ideally musical or music pedagogical knowledge and/or knowledge of the structures and workflows of a music school • Willingness to occasionally work even in the evening or at weekends by appointment • willingness to take annual leave mainly in the course of time without education
