Group Leader IAM, Directory Services and Operational Security (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team in the field of IAM, Directory Services and Operational Security Responsibility for the strategic development of identity and security platforms Building and further development of a holistic IAM strategy including joiner-mover-leaver processes and roll-based authorization concepts (RBAC) Implementation of Zero-Trust and Least Principle Principles as well as support in recertifications and audits Responsibility for Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Hybrid Identity Architectures Development of MFA, Conditional Access and Privileged Access Concepts Responsibility for operating central security solutions, in particular EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, security monitoring and alerting Security Incidents and Forensic Action Support implementing technical security measures taking into account regulatory requirements Management of projects, operational tasks, budgets and external service providers Development of employees and promotion of efficient team and process organization Establishing and developing standardized IT processes, in particular in ServiceNow Close cooperation with IT operations, information security, architecture, compliance and the specialist areas

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in Identity & Access Management, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID Found experience in operation and further development of security solutions Good knowledge of modern cloud and hybrid architectures Experience with Microsoft technologies as well as IAM and PAM solutions Good understanding of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege and roll-based permission models Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal requirements, in particular DORA, VAIT, ISO 27001 and GDPR Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and in the management of external partners Analytical and conceptual and structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication capability and know-how in the illustrative communication of complex technical and safety-relevant topics to different stakeholders Responsibility for IT security, availability and compliance
