As a trainee 'Solution Portfolio Management MB.OS', you support the coordination and control of the MB.OS Gen2 portfolio – the digital core of our next-generation vehicles. In close cooperation with Value Streams and Solutions, you help to structure product requirements, create transparency through agile portfolio backlogs and contribute to the prioritization and coordination of strategic goals. You will gain insights into agile ceremonies such as Portfolio Planning Conferences and Syncs, learn how strategy is transferred into implementation, and participate in the design of one of the most transformative software programs of Mercedes-Benz.

An above-average degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical or business-technical degree course Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course) At least 3 months of international experience (study, internship or work abroad) Strong interest in digital transformation, agile methods (e.g. SAFe) and portfolio management Affinity for software, data-driven decision-making and innovative mobility solutions You show a strong sense of responsibility for social responsibility Excellent knowledge of English (C1), good knowledge of German (B2 or higher) Strong communication and team skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working Motivation to advance changes and take responsibility in a dynamic, international environment We look forward to your online application.
