Responsible implementation and documentation of the batch review Processing of complex customer requests of a technical nature for batch documentation and generally for the products and quality in direct customer contact Coordination of the implementation of new requirements in terms of release procedure in coordination with customers Assessment and verification of deviation and OOX reports and professional cooperation in the preparation of investigation reports Supervisor function in the SAP data collection by specialist, including technical examination and evaluation of the results, as well as ensuring the 4-eye principle Creation, control and updating of certificate templates for CoCs and ensuring their compliance with VAVs and Annex 16 Creation of special certificates for authorisation purposes in cooperation with customers and technology transfer Distributing the incoming batch documentation to the specialist after urgency

Complete natural or engineering studies, e.g. pharmaceuticals, biology or food technology used in the field Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable Good MS Office knowledge Very good English and good German knowledge in word and writing Reliability and high sense of responsibility Self-employed and earnings-oriented work
