Fachkraft SQA – Supplier Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

As a specialist SQA - Supplier Quality Assurance (m/w/d) you take over the following activities: Ensuring and further developing supplier quality Implementation of product and process audits to assess supplier performance Evaluation of measurement data and independent execution of samples Processing and coordination of supplier complaints including Ensuring the PDCA cycle Analysis of quality deviations and derivation of effective immediate and preventive measures Application and mediation of quality methods (e.g. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa) Coordination of test and measurement methods with our suppliers Coordination of internal measurement and testing processes Support of purchase at supplier onboarding and supplier development Occasional readiness for suppliers in Germany and abroad

Experience in quality or supplier quality Safe handling of quality and problem solving tools Basic knowledge of audit methods, e.g. according to ISO 9001 or VDA Practical experience with testing and measuring equipment Good English knowledge of word and writing Analytical thinking skills, structured working methods and pronounced quality awareness Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with suppliers and internal areas Enforcement and a solution-oriented, independent working Team skills and joy in cross-departmental cooperation
