You develop analytic products end-to-end in interdisciplinary teams - from concept to PoC to ongoing operation. You build forecasts, optimization algorithms and other data products to support business decisions and run them. You will develop and present analyses using statistics, machine learning and data visualization - and then guide specific recommendations for action. You are responsible for the productive operation of your models - incl. Performance monitoring, error analysis and iterative further development. You design data structures for analytical products and accompany their technical implementation. You agree closely with stakeholders from business and IT, translate requirements into analytical solutions and communicate results according to target groups.
You have a completed MINT study and brings at least 5 years of experience in data science or data analytics, ideally in the retail or fashion environment. You have knowledge of statistics, time series forecasts, Python and SQL. You are familiar with software and ML engineering principles - from model development to testing, versioning and CI/CD to productive deployment and monitoring. You have experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Azure, Databricks, Airflow, Power BI) and are familiar with MLOps basic principles. You work pragmatically, communicate clearly and quickly find yourself in new topics and domains. Very good German skills are required, good English skills are required.
