Winemaker training 2026 (m/f/d)

Our VDP.Weingut Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt is one of the most traditional wineries in Germany. We cultivate 50 hectares of vineyards on Mosel, Saar and Ruwer and produce an exceptional range of Rieslingen from 15 VDP.GROSSEN LAGEN®, as well as a small selection of wines from Burgundy varieties. We are looking for an apprentice (m/w/d) to start training 01.08.2026

You enter our vines – from cutting to peeling You are working the soil and care for sustainable soil care You carry out plant protection measures responsibly You prepare new planting areas and put on young plants You harvest the grapes, also by selective handles You process the grapes – from must to fermentation You care and accompany the young wines until filling You equip our wines, pack and prepare them for sale You carefully document harvest results and operational performance

You have a good, recognized school degree You bring technical understanding You bring high engagement and are ready to learn You are already interested in biological and chemical processes You've already discovered the passion for wine for you
