The entire administrative process, from the entrance to the exit of an employee, actively addresses: onboarding, offboarding, presences, compensation & Benefits Working together with external consultants to make pay and salary bills Our leaders and employees around the world advise on labour law issues in close cooperation with our local labour law advisers At the opening of a new branch or the development of a new country, the labour law requirements are defined Actively collaborate with diverse HR projects to further develop our organization

At least 2 years of experience in a wage agency or as HR Generalist / similar role Very good English speaks and... maybe other languages? Have good knowledge in Excel and Word Travel readiness Be it possible to work independently
