Cooperation agreements with IP (Intellectual Property) regulations form the main pillar for our network with more than 1,000 companies and institutions.

In this responsible position, you design IP regulations for licensing, transfer of rights and ownership in cooperation, research and development contracts as well as procurement contracts with national and international contractual partners. Take into account legal, economic and strategic aspects. Your tasks: You develop and design IP regulations in different types of contracts.

In interdisciplinary negotiation teams, you develop negotiation strategies and take a leading role in agreement on the IP regulations.

For employees from research & development, product development and purchasing, you are the first contact person for all legal issues related to IP regulations, joint inventions and intellectual property protection.

You carry out training on IP inspections in the IP-law protection of cooperations.

You follow current developments in national and international legislation, case-law and industry practice and are an expert in the field of licensing and employee inventor law.

You are a patenteessor, alternatively you have two legal stateexamina or a comparable international qualification ideally with a specialization in industrial legal protection.

You have several years of professional experience (5 years and more) in commercial legal protection from an international firm or an industrial company.

You are curious and inspire for high technology and scientific relationships.

You have a high degree of enforcement combined with pragmatism and thus find appropriate solutions at all times.

You have negotiation experience and have a safe occurrence in Germany and abroad. You can communicate safely in German and English.

You can organize well and thus advance several topics at the same time.
