For the further development of the company, we are looking for a Head of Division (m/w/d) for our client, which contributes significantly to the strategic orientation and growth of the company with a high level of design and direct responsibility. You have the opportunity to take over more responsibility and develop up to the management.

You are responsible for the disciplinary management of their own building managers as well as the control and coordination of subcontractors. You always keep an overview of time, costs and resources and ensure that the projects are successfully completed and in line with the planning. You are responsible for the processing of tenders and the creation of offers and the associated costing. You develop the company, have a look for growth opportunities and process optimization.

You have a degree in engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in building project management and combine technical understanding with commercial skills. You have already gained first leadership experience (scientific/disciplinary). You are the engine and drive changes forward. With your entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to strategically plan, you will ensure the growth and further development of the company. You have fun to acquire new projects and expand your network.
