You steer and design the Department of Management for Climate-neutral Energy Supply, Bundeswehr Liaison and Conformity Testing Centre BNB NRW with its broad range of tasks and 15 employees. In particular, You develop the ''Climate-neutral Energy Supply of Federal Armed Forces''

With a motivated dynamic team, You set up technical standards for the implementation of the national climate protection targets across Germany and the resilient energy supply of federal military properties

You develop binding rules and specifications on basic technical planning and verify compliance within the framework of the basic work of the principle In your portfolio of tasks, you also supervise the conformity assessment body according to the evaluation system Sustainable Building for construction measures of the Federal Government and the State in NRW

You conduct necessary coordination with the Federal Ministry of Defence, the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks and other federal and state authorities

You engage in nationwide working groups

You have a successfully completed academic degree (Master/Uni-Diplom) of the Department of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline.

Further requirements: A successful large state exam in the engineering administration service (running-track group 2.2) or successful ascent procedure into the category 2.2 is advantageous.

You have a strong ability to manage and develop employees

You have basic knowledge of public and private building law and public procurement law

You bring strong ambitions and competencies to further develop the field of expertise and, in particular, the control center for climate-neutral energy supply You insist on the willingness to actively shape change processes and to optimise procedures through a high self-initiative and independent and self-responsible action. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E13 Group to the E15 TV‐L (approximately €59.340,00 – approx. € 96.800,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
