Responsibility for the support and continuous development of the PointID project and the perception of the function as a technical interface between second and third level support and development teams Creation, maintenance and analysis of dashboards for monitoring performance indicators and technical vulnerabilities in the field Analysis, evaluation and preparation of complex fault images, special cases and critical operating situations as well as support for internal customers in the business unit and service sectors as a central contact in all questions Development and maintenance of Python scripts and comparable tools for the analysis and processing of large volumes of data Administration and maintenance of JIRA and Confluence contents, in particular to support the development process and ticket management Identification of optimization potentials and initiation and support of improvement measures from customer and service perspective Continuous increase in efficiency and quality of cooperation between development, support and service

Completed studies or training in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or comparable technical discipline Including practical experience in a similar function Basic technical understanding and readiness to incorporate into complex situations Ideally know-how in handling ATLASSIAN JIRA, Confluence, SPLUNK, Python and Microsoft 365 Communicative competence and good English skills in the context of coordination with different interfaces Service and customer orientation combined with quality awareness Self-responsible, analytically conceptual and solution-oriented working methods[
