Working Student Corporate Development and M&A (m/f/d)

It expects a challenging and varied activity in the field of Corporate Development and M&A. As part of our team, you can support market and competition analyses and identify and evaluate potential target companies with a focus on Italy. You work with strategic projects for the internationalisation and further development of our activities in the Italian market. You accompany the entire M&A process from addressing potential targets, analyzing business data (due diligence) to creating business cases and corporate assessments. You support the integration of acquired companies. You work with the creation of policy templates for our management and our shareholders and get direct insights into strategic decision-making processes.

You are a student (m/w/d) of Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics or a comparable degree programme. Italian as a working language is of course for you, in addition you have good English or German skills. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in a business consulting, auditing, business development or startup environment. You bring a strong interest in corporate development, M&A and healthcare. Analytical thinking, number affinity and joy in complex issues are a feature. You work structured, independent and like to work in the team and have fun analyzing and evaluating business models. Secure handling of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) complete your profile.
