In general, we encourage people and advance them. Tasks and activities During your practice phases at the Employment and Job Centre, you always have direct contact with customers. Questions such as e.g. for the jobless message, you are the first person to answer personally and on the phone. You will also help customers fill in applications and process them. Of course you always have the legal requirements in mind. In courses, workshops and vocational education, you will learn the theoretical foundations for practice. In addition, you will gain new perspectives during a two-week internship in another company. During your training, our specialist trainers are at your side with advice and action.

Above all, your personality counts – a school degree is also important. Preferably, you have the mean maturity or compartment or compartment. Higher education or a comparable degree. And of course we find it great if you also bring these qualities: You have a fingertip feeling in dealing with people. You don't leave yourself alone and stay in difficult conversations. You are interested in economic and social policy and in dealing with legislation. You are ready to go to various locations during your training. You have good oral and written expressions in the German language. If you have a foreign school leaving the non-German-speaking area, we need proof of German level B2 (see European reference framework below *1).
