They operate and dismantle the block systems independently, take district heating systems into operation and out of operation, including condensate and feed water preheating, and take responsibility for the operation of the block systems (Kessel and Turbine) for the production of electricity and district heating, taking into account the regulatory requirements and accident prevention regulations

They operate all power plants (including full desalination and condensate purification plants) and are used in all external plants if necessary
