Product Owner – Workforce Management (m/f/d)

You take the end-to-end responsibility for the Workforce Management product range – from vision to implementation to market launch. Together with your team, you develop outstanding digital solutions that map central HR processes such as onboarding, time management and deployment planning. You are cooperating closely with Business Innovation to translate market impulses, product vision and strategic orientation into an effective further development. You understand customer, user and market needs and translate them into clear product decisions and meaningful priorities. You work closely with Engineering, UX and relevant specialist areas, bringing user perspective, technical logic and technical feasibility to a common line. You're responsible for releases and quality, creating transparency for stakeholders and leaders.

You have several years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager and have developed digital product areas with a noticeable impact. You are strong in the design of digital solutions and connect customer proximity with decision strength. You have broad know-how on operating HR processes and develop applications that understand technical complexity and truly support work day-to-day. You're moderating different perspectives, strengthening cooperation and creating a clear target, from the team to the management level. You will be able to make content from the Deep Dive to the decision. Your Hands-on mentality shows that you take themes in your hands, bring them forward and make results visible.
