For our location in Hamburg we are looking for an operating management (m/w/d)

Tasks • Control of operational processes • Customer support including feedback and complaint talks • Ensure the contractual compliance of all business processes • Implementation of constructive employee talks • Compliance with KÖTTER quality standards, documentation requirements and occupational safety

This will make you part of KÖTTER Services: • Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position • Practice-proven leadership and negotiation skills • Service-oriented and economically predictive thinking and action • A strong communication and cooperation capability • Self-safe, binding and service-oriented appearance • Funded MS Office knowledge (in particular Excel and Outlook) • Class B driving licence
