As Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d), you are a legal savings partner for our departments and supports our operational business with pragmatic and legal solutions. You are mainly advising contract law and building law and working closely with our internal teams and external legal advisers. With your expertise, you accompany our growing glass fiber business and actively shape legal issues. IN THE DIGITAL FUTURE! Advising the areas of expertise in legal issues, in particular in contract and construction law Creation, testing and negotiation of construction, service and other business contracts Advice on litigation Creation and further development of model and standard contracts Legal advice in procurement processes, sales activities and relevant legislative changes Identification and assessment of legal risks and development of pragmatic solutions Management and cooperation with external legal advisers Support for legal questions to associations, authorities and courts Implementation of legal training and awareness of employees on relevant legal issues

Complete study of law, ideally with appropriate qualifications for a job as a legal counsel or corporate lawyer At least five years of relevant professional experience in contract law, ideally in an in-house legal department or comparable position acquired knowledge in purchasing, service, works and construction law; Knowledge of VOB/B is advantageous Experience in the telecommunications, fiber optic or infrastructure industry is advantageous Entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced communication and organizational ability as well as an independent, solution-oriented Can-do mentality German and good knowledge of English In the case of the same suitability, applicants are preferably taken into account in the case of severe disability.
