Senior Manager Site Controlling (m/f/d)

Business partners of the factory and operating management in operational and investive decisions and in the derivation of effective control measures Leadership and further development of a team of two employees as Operational Manager at the Site Controlling Product calculation and support in the economic management of the product portfolio Design and further development of factory-related controlling processes & KPI systems Analysis of cost, performance and productivity indicators for deriving sound recommendations Advice, training and support of cost managers and managers in economic issues Economic assessment of investments, optimization measures and production decisions Control of factory-related forecasting and budget processes

Studies in BWL, economic engineering or similar courses Very good SAP knowledge (especially CO/FI) and experience with ERP-based controlling processes (SAP BW, BoardBI or PowerBI) multiannual professional experience in production controlling with direct reference to work, production or operations in the process industry Communication strength as well as the ability to advise, convince and win different stakeholders for economic objectives Analytical and holistic thinking, pragmatic structured working and address-oriented communication very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
