You are mainly responsible for:

Processing and coordination of requests for medium-voltage and direct current systems, independent production of technical and commercial offers Control of the entire order process from the delivery creation to the final processing and ensuring the timely order processing Close cooperation with internal specialist departments such as sales, technology and logistics to optimize the flow of information and to meet customer requirements Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadline requirements, active support of process improvement in supply creation and order processing Maintenance and documentation of customer and order data in ERP systems as well as regular preparation of reports on the optimization of internal communication and order processes

Complete studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy engineering or comparable technical training First experience in order processing, supply creation or project management for technical products, ideally in the field of energy or medium-voltage technology Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Designed, structured working as well as team spirit and high customer orientation, paired with an occasional travel readiness Flowing German and good English knowledge about communication in the international environment
