ERP Application Manager with a focus on Navision (m/f/d)

As an ERP Application Manager (m/w/d) with the focus on Navision, you are looking for a stable, secure and efficient operation of our application landscape. You ensure the availability and performance of our enterprise applications, support specialist areas and key users in technical issues and actively contribute to the further development of our ERP and system landscape.

Your tasks. Your field of action. Keep systems running. Infrastructure. You're acting. Ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) including the industry solution used for the building cleaner and service business. You're administering. Configuration, adaptation and parameterization of the ERP modules and industry-specific functions, such as object-related performance detection or order and territory accounting. You support. As a contact person in 1st and 2nd level support, you help our users:in case of questions, disturbances and requirements concerning the ERP system. You analyze and design. Recording, analysis and evaluation of technical requirements in areas such as object management, disposition, calculation and accounting as well as translation of requirements into technical concepts and sustainable ERP solutions. You're shaping processes. Figure and optimization of industry-specific business processes such as performance directories, object and contract calculations, object-related performance detection and target/actual comparisons. You're connected. Conception, support and further development of interfaces between the ERP system and related applications such as DMS, the time recording system and the staff management system LOGA. You coordinate. Cooperation with external service providers and IT partners and the industry solution provider, follow-up of support cases, control of changes, system improvements and projects. You're training. Creation and maintenance of user and system documentation and implementation of training, workshops and training for the sustainable use of the ERP landscape.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics, BWL or a comparable subject or training in the IT field with corresponding professional experience. Professional experience. Multiannual practical experience in the care, administration or consulting of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision. Experiences with ERP industry solutions for the building cleaning and service industries are advantageous. Industry understanding. Understanding the special process requirements of the cleaning and service industry, in particular in the areas of object management, district control and order and billing processes. Technical know-how. You have knowledge of the configuration, parameterization and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Ideally, you have basic knowledge in AL or C/AL, experience in interface and data management, for example with APIs, web services and SQL. Knowledge of the connection of systems such as LOGA is desirable. Analytical skills. Designed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to identify, evaluate and translate technical requirements in a structured manner. Personality.
