Participation in implementing a new method for travel cost accounting

Examination of travel expenses and related evidence of compliance with the travel policy and tax rules

Continuous optimization of the settlement process for travel costs

Contact person*in for all issues related to travel cost accounting

Creation of travel cost analyses

Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience (min. 2 years after studying, at least. 5 years after training)

Experience in checking travel cost accounting

Knowledge of tax provisions for travel expenses

Routinized handling of MS Office applications

Communication strength and high service orientation

Independent and structured working methods and team skills
