Workplace Experience Manager Fuhrparkverwaltung & Office Management (m/f/d)

Your role with us: You take a central position in our Workplace Operations & Event team and make sure our fleet runs smoothly and our office is welcoming and functional. The focus of your activity (about 70%) is on managing our fleet, complemented by the active support of our office team. Important: This place requires flexibility in the weekly shift between early service (07:00–16:00) and late service (10:00–19:00).

Your tasks Car park administration (main task) Full administration of our fleet (service cars, pool vehicles) appointment coordination for maintenance, repairs, TÜV terminals and tyre change Documentation of all vehicle documents and management of vehicle keys Interface to leasing partners, insurance companies and workshops Accompanying onboarding and offboarding for vehicle assignments Office Management (Support) Ensuring a smooth office process Organisation of meeting rooms and common areas (kitchen, lounge, reception) Hospitality at reception for a welcoming working environment Process optimization for office management and fleet organization

That's what you bring: Must-haves Completed commercial training Experience in fleet management or strong affinity for KFZ topics Organizational institution with structured working methods and overview of processes and deadlines Very good knowledge of German in word and writing MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) and safe handling of digital tools Nice-to-have English knowledge Experience with mobility platforms Pre-experience in Office Management Your personality Service-oriented with friendly, solution-oriented appearance Team player with focus on user satisfaction Flexible and responsive in unpredictable situations Proactive in cooperation with Office Operations, HR and Finance
