As Category Manager / Assortment Manager (m/w/d), you actively shape what our customers are experiencing tomorrow. You recognize trends, develop product ranges and make successful products from ideas that become visible in our specialist stores every day.

Understanding Market & Recreating Opportunities You are analysing markets, competitors and trends, managing potentials and developing sound basis for decision-making for our assortment. Designing assortments and strategies You develop and control sales, product and marketing strategies and promote the further development of our range together with various specialist areas. Turning ideas into products You accompany products from the idea to the introduction and make sure that concepts are successful assortment components. Economic thinking & controlling You will first create price, cost and margin calculations, analyze key figures and make concrete measures to optimize them. Ensure cooperation and implementation You work closely with sales, purchasing, marketing and logistics, control campaigns and measures to increase sales and ensure smooth processes. Making results visible You'll start reports and presentations and prepare for management.

Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally focusing on marketing or product management Multiannual professional experience in product management, category management, assortment management or purchasing Ideal experience in LEH, FMCG, food service or system gasonomy Analytical thinking as well as a structured and strategic way of working characterize you You have experience in assortment development and control and recognize trends and innovations before becoming standard You combine team skills with independent and independent working and entrepreneurial thinking Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems and BI systems
