Number: MER0003WUO As part of the “Service Operations” department, we are responsible for supporting our car homes and workshops to fully exploit their business potential in after sales. We not only develop concepts for the coaching of our retailers, but also help them with advice and deed. Our goal is to help our retailers implement service programs, optimize their processes and increase their customer satisfaction. In your duty practice, among other things, these tasks await you: With us you design innovative & effective coaching approaches for our retailers As a new and specifically founded team, we have a large design space here You are with us on site with dealers to sample or perform our coaching approaches and prepare these visits before and after You support us in analyses of the performance of various traders, on the basis of which we identify derivatives for optimization requirements You design communication documents for different target groups and bring your ideas You work with digital tools, tracking, and benchmarking and help me to measure the effectiveness of our coaching The activity can begin from the end of March 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, Digital Media or a comparable course of study Safe handling of common IT tools such as MS Office, very good knowledge in MS PowerPoint Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing willingness to complete individual working days at other locations outside the Stuttgart area Engages, works independently and flexibly and always wants to deliver top quality High understanding and can quickly work into new topics Team skills, have no fears of contact with various new colleagues and communicate safely and confidently with different stakeholders Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
