As part of our innovative leadership team, you will take over a diverse range of tasks in which you motivate your employees and contribute significantly to ensuring machine availability. As a manager, you are responsible for the personnel deployment planning of the operating electrical system. They coordinate troubleshooting and electrical maintenance in our production departments. Your professional know-how will help you implement improvements and optimizations and drive them forward with your team. They accompany production tests and cooperate with weak point analyses of production plants. For the planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work, please contact SAP PM. As a competent all-rounder, you are contact persons for the production departments and adjacent departments.

To be successful in this exciting position, you will ideally bring the following qualifications: A completed vocational training with an electrotechnical focus - e.g. for the electronics technician for operating technology / automation technology / energy and building technology, industrial electricians, mechatronics (m/w/d) - or a comparable training A successfully completed further education on the technician, industrial master or craft master (m/w/d) of the department of electrical engineering Knowledge in the field of automation First experience in managing employees and willingness to take over responsibility, e.g. from a previous activity as a shift manager, foreman, workshop manager (m/w/d) or the like.
