In the field of Technical Advisory, you work at the interface between planning, execution and operation and assist in assessing complex technical issues in a solution-oriented manner. You expect varied tasks – from the analysis of planning documents, the development of economic, sustainable optimizations to the participation of sound recommendations for action for our customers. Examination and evaluation of planning services as well as building equipment (TGA) with regard to quality, plausibility, economics and sustainability Working with technical inventory analyses incl. Document verification, photo documentation and structuring of the results Support in commissioning planning as well as test and acceptance structures Participation in on-site terminals (building site/customers), incl. visits, state determinations and accompaniment of the construction line Creation of reports, presentations and decision templates as well as participation in project dates incl. Minutes Support in technical consulting (KG 400 / TGA), including research on innovation topics and ensuring planning quality

Studies in Supply Engineering / TGA, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a comparable degree course (ideally in advanced Bachelor or Master) Interest in building technology and in future and sustainability topics Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel & PowerPoint) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Fun on technology and cooperation in the team Analytical thinking and joy in structuring technical issues (e.g. discerning deviations, evaluating causes, deriving measures) willingness to support projects on site or on site (depending on project situation)
