Your tasks at a glance: Order management & settlement: You control the entire process from order acquisition to billing and ensure smooth operations. Stock management & control: You monitor and analyze stocks in SAP BW and ensure delivery. Sales planning, reporting & master data: You support sales planning, create and optimize reports in coordination with controlling and maintain price lists and conditions. Complaints & Consignation Processing: You process complaints including credits and debits and control the consignment goods. Customer Care & Interface Management: You support customer requests and coordinate cooperation with Key Account Management, Logistics and Controlling. Process and organizational tasks: You create process descriptions and organize meetings, fairs and customer events.

This brings you – structure meets service orientation Closed commercial training as well as experience in customer service and/or sales planning Embossed customer and service orientation as well as careful and structured working Communication strength and a solution-oriented approach in everyday work Secure handling of MS Office and SAP, ideally SAP SD flowing English skills in word and writing
