Homemaster (m/w/d) Plauen | 10 hours per week | Minijob

Your duties

• regular inspections in and on the building
• Monitoring of order, cleanliness and traffic, escape and access routes
• detection, documentation and transmission of defects and damage
• Implementation of small repair, assembly and maintenance work within the permissible framework
• Support in ensuring proper building operation
• Implementation of simple visual and functional controls at building facilities
• Internal transport, transport and transfer work (e.g. office furniture, postal containers, consumables)
• Support in the establishment and redesign of office spaces
• broaching, storage and archiving work including the incorporation, removal and relocation of materials
• Support for waste and order processing (e.g. cardboard, paper and equipment to be removed)
• Accompanying and instructing external trade and maintenance companies

Your location is the Plauen job center. The weekly working time is about 10 hours. The place is limited until 31.12.2026.
