Your tasks: You are a Procurement Business Partner for Internal Stakeholders and provide strategic supplier relationships. You carry out tenders, negotiate and design service and work contracts. You ensure compliance and support continuous process optimization. You are responsible for saving and achieving defined KPIs. You participate in the implementation and further development of the global procurement strategy in the Professional Services category. You work in international projects, such as the implementation of SAP Ariba. You actively support the introduction of a new external workforce module and introduce your IT affinity (e.g. configuration, testing, user support). Your profile: Complete economic studies (e.g. BWL, VWL, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management) or comparable training. Multiannual experience in indirect purchasing, ideally in Professional Services. Experiences in the field of external workforce, temporary work, employee transfer or freelancer management from purchasing perspective or comparable professional experience. Embossed negotiating strength and analytical skills. Professional communication with stakeholders to the management level. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Safe handling of MS Office and well-founded experience in supplier management. Knowledge in SAP, ideally SAP Ariba ; Experiences in Workday are a plus IT affinity and willingness to work into new systems.
