Your profile Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Innovation joy, interest in automation (e.g. low-code / software robotics) and willingness to continue training Impressive interest in artificial intelligence (AI) as well as initial practical experience in handling AI tools or automation-related applications Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network technologies and application support Understanding economic relationships as well as cost and quality awareness High risk awareness, structured and responsible operation

Your future tasks: In your role as a specialist (m/w/d) for robotics & process automation, you take a central role in the digital development of our bank. Your core tasks include: Analysis and optimization of business processes with the aim of identifying potentials for automation and developing efficient end-to-end solutions. Conception, development and implementation of RPA automations using modern low-code and robotics technologies. Creation and maintenance of structured documentation, in particular Process Design Documents (PDDs) and technical accompanying documents to the bots. Monitoring, operation and continuous development of existing bots, including error analysis, and implementation of updates and adjustments. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements, with particular attention to risk, compliance and sustainability aspects. Economic analysis and evaluation of the cost and benefits aspects of automation initiatives, including controlling relevant systems and applications. Close cooperation with specialist departments to meet requirements, to coordinate solutions and actively drive the digital transformation together.
