Location: Frankfurt/Bad Homburg Start date: now As an experienced civil engineer*in with a view to detail and a high sense of responsibility, you can ensure the quality, time and cost-oriented implementation of our engineering structures in Bad Homburg/Frankfurt in the local construction supervision.

You will take over the independent construction monitoring and building supervision of demanding underground construction and tunnel construction projects (e.g. routes, tunnels and station construction) until commissioning with technical, economic and legal requirements. You coordinate all construction activities and monitor the execution of all works, in particular earth and tunnel construction, special depth construction, engineering construction, as well as the raw and expansion of stations including railway interfaces. In close cooperation with the internal team and external contractors, you are responsible for the timely implementation of the construction measures across all construction sections. You ensure the economic execution of the construction projects, guide and monitor the construction design and coordinate all internal and external project participants (planner, contractors, authorities, transport companies). You participate in the follow-up and change management, evaluates follow-ups and construction sequence disorders technically and economically and first target project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting on dates, costs, quality and risks

Complete study of the field of civil engineering / deepening of structural engineering Ready to travel and enjoy the outdoor service at the construction site Experience in construction monitoring and in dealing with VOB Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of IT solutions (especially in AVA and MS Office) Own initiative, structured approach and readiness to perform Open, motivated and team-oriented personality
