Your tasksYou identify the digital training needs and support stakeholders in digitizing learning content You'll create and care modern e-learning formats with the help of Articulate 360 You are responsible for designing, creating and implementing new digital learning formats You evaluierst and optimierst existing training offers You take responsibility for learning & knowledge projects You can watch trends in digital learning and actively introduce innovative ideas

You have a degree or comparable professional experience in the field of digital learning You have a good educational understanding and know how learning is digitally effective You have experience in the design, production and management of digital learning resources (e.g. videos, e-learning modules, microlearning content) You are safe to use digital production tools (author tools, video editing and image editing programs) You are a team player and you can inspire other people from your ideas You have a good communication capability and aspire at eye level with your stakeholders
