In your work students, you will get comprehensive insights into the work of staff in a regulated institute as well as in an agile leasing company. You are actively involved in the day-to-day business and support us in meeting diverse challenges. You are largely independent of processes and can use your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice. We give you space to proactive topics and want to develop solutions in a dynamic environment together with you. As part of the MBFSD People team, you will be firmly involved in the diverse everyday business – from classic business partners topics to specific cross-sectional areas: Support in operational day-to-day business and various special projects Integration into conceptual and operational projects of the bank-specific compensation regulator Conception, organisation and implementation of relevant personnel projects Operational support in the creation of concept documents, presentations and protocols of meetings/workshops Participation in the design and implementation of team workshops and team-internal organisation The activity can begin from July 2026.

You are in the final phase of your bachelor's degree or are enrolled in a master's degree program and ideally bringing first practice experiences in human resources with you You like to take responsibility for defined processes and work independently and structured You draw from a careful and conscientious way of working You like to act in the team and proactively introduce your own ideas You have sovereign communication skills in word and writing You are safe to use the current MS Office applications Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
