Professional in customer relations: You enjoy dealing with people and care about your warm, service-oriented way to make our guests feel welcome and well-maintained from the outset. Experience & expertise: A completed training in hotel or hospitality is advantageous. Ideally, you already have experience in the reception or front office area. Communication talent with a view for detail: You communicate with your own and friendly – in German and English, both oral and written. You also keep an overview in lively situations and have an eye for detail. Digitally on the move: You have good computer skills and are safe to use MS Office. Experience with hotel software or Front office systems is a plus. Adventure-loving, modest, helpful and accessible: You are open to new challenges, stay grounded and can be addressed to guests and your team at any time. Responsible & reliable: You work independently, carefully and accurately and can also rely on yourself in situations with a lot of responsibility. Flexible & resilient: You are ready to work even on weekends and holidays. Even if it gets hectic, you keep a cool head and stay friendly and professional.
