IT project manager in the industrial environment (m/f/d)

In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. As an IT project manager (m/w/d), you are sleeping the bridge between production and IT and leading complex digitalization projects to success.

In this key position, you take the holistic responsibility for our IT projects – from initial planning to successful go-live: Project management: You are responsible for the planning and implementation of projects, organize task packages and efficiently in the team. Risk management: You continuously monitor progress, identify bottlenecks or conflicts early and develop proactively sustainable solutions. Financial & Resource Planning: You budget digitization projects, tune resource planning and keep the costs in mind through precise analyses. Interface management: As a central hub, you connect work, department, external service providers and the different IT units. You take care of key-user training and ensure a smooth transition to the company. Stakeholder communication: You communicate target-group-oriented presentations to provide our stakeholders with an optimal basis for decision-making. .
