In our sales partners centers we support our sales partner companies as part of private building financing. With a reactive and customer-oriented accompaniment, we are at the place. Your job Consultation: Together with our sales partners, you will provide targeted solutions for customers without consulting them directly. Platform business: You support and coach sales partners in the digital platform business and help develop our online building financing platforms. Products: You contribute to product development and market analysis. Optimization: You ensure regulatory requirements and continuously optimize our processes. Your profile Qualification: You have successfully completed a bank-based training (at least a final grade well in the 'customer advice' segment) and, if necessary, a further qualification. Sales competence: You have several years of experience in the sales financing environment with a focus on digital platforms. Consultancy competence: You have strong communication and consulting skills, a high service orientation, but also enforcement ability. Digital competence: You maintain a safer handling of digital consulting tools and are fit in handling the office applications. Your Benefits Attractive remuneration: This place is rated according to the TVöD-S with EG 9b, i.e., depending on the professional experience, up to €71,500 p.a.
