Responsible for all procurement and purchasing activities within an EPCM project with an impact on the project outcome Developing the project purchasing strategy in line with the overall project development strategy Responsibility of the entire tendering process, from the supplier's address to the conclusion of the contract Conduct award negotiations of all post-contracting services and auditing contract conditions in close coordination with internal and external partners Creating and monitoring the procurement plan during the entire project phase Replacement of claims and anti-Claims, Auditing, Ensuring Timely Payment to the Subcontractors and Successful Negotiations Regular status and KPI reporting to the Commercial Project Manager and project management

Complete studies of economics or engineering or comparable studies with technical and economic contents Multiannual experience in the procurement or in the supply chain, ideally in the context of large industrial projects (e.g. automotive, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, energy, etc.) Embossed know-how in the purchase of projects and in the negotiation of contracts and commissions in procurement, ideally in general contracting, EPC or EPCM Knowledge of contract management (VOB, HGB, FIDIC etc.) are very advantageous German and very good English knowledge in word and writing negotiating skills, enforcement skills and solution-oriented working methods combined with a high self-initiative readiness to project-related travel within Germany and Europe
