Co-responsibility of hazardous material management for the entire production site, including maintenance and production of safety data sheets and maintenance of internal databases Support in the creation and updating of risk assessments according to GefStoffV/TRGS 400ff and operating instructions Instruction of employees in the handling of hazardous substances and active participation in visits to the establishment Support of the supervisors in the protection of all employees through the conscientious implementation of the hazardous material law together with other works officers and the SiFa Support for the research department and the purchase of new raw materials Tracking innovations in hazardous materials law and sending this information to interested and affected stakeholders Implementation of the REACH Regulation with the related tasks and obligations

Complete studies in the field of chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, safety technology, environmental technology (FH/TU) or comparable, as an alternative, a completed training on the specialist for occupational safety and knowledge in the handling of hazardous substances, professional starters and cross-learners are also welcome Further training to the water protection officer in accordance with §66 WHG or willingness to complete these advantageously Knowledge of the 12th BlmSchV or Knowledge of fault law Good computer knowledge, especially in the handling of MS Office user programs, experiences with ERP systems and databases of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Team spirit, communication strength as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working
