Respond to the analysis, commenting and classification of complex management information, guide recommendations for action and present them at management level in line with the address. Control and continuously develop our controlling instruments, reporting structures and automation processes, and set impulses for increasing efficiency. Create and interpret sophisticated business analysis and special evaluations based on complex and heterogeneous data sources. Design and optimize data-based analysis environments together with the business intelligence team and ensure a modern, meaningful visualization of business performance indicators. Take an active austerity partner role for departments and management and represent the controlling perspective in cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives.

You have a successfully completed economic studies with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in the financial services environment, and have already taken responsibility for complex reporting and control processes. You are characterized by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and you are structuring economic issues, solution-oriented and with a high self-initiative. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as a well-founded experience in dealing with BI tools/data-based analysis environments. You convince by communication strength, sovereignty and enforcing ability, at eye level with different hierarchical levels and work independently, proactively and structured.
